Hurst expands premium sprayed colour offer with new S-Class finishes

Hurst has expanded its S-Class solid core composite door range with the introduction of new premium sprayed finishes, further widening the choice available to installers and homeowners.

The new colours form part of Hurst’s wider Premium Sprayed service, which is now available across all major product categories, including GRP composite doors, S-Class solid core composites, GRP fire doors and uPVC door panels.

For 2026, Hurst is introducing seven new colours to the range: Burgundy Red, Yellow Orange, Salmon Cream, Kelp Green, Eucalyptus Green, Terracotta Red Brown and Matte Sage Green.

The additions have been influenced by leading paint house trend forecasts and evolving interior and exterior design trends, reflecting growing demand for more personalised entrance door options.

Colour has become an increasingly important consideration for homeowners when choosing a front door, with demand ranging from bold statement shades to softer, more muted tones that complement individual style, property character and wider home design trends.

The launch follows Hurst’s investment in its own in-house paint facilities, which has allowed the Hull-based manufacturer to expand its colour offering significantly and introduce new trending finishes across multiple product categories.

The Premium Sprayed service gives installers access to a broader choice of finishes, helping them meet customer demand for greater personalisation while maintaining the quality, consistency and service levels associated with the Hurst range.

“Colour continues to play a major role in the decision-making process for homeowners, with customers increasingly looking for entrance doors that complement both the character of the property and current interior trends,” said Hayley Barker, Head of Marketing at Hurst.

“Expanding our premium sprayed range allows us to offer greater choice across all of our product categories while introducing colours that reflect changing tastes and emerging design influences.

“By investing in our own paint facilities, we’ve been able to respond more quickly to trends and provide a more consistent offering across the full Hurst range.”

The S-Class range was launched to give installers a premium solid core composite door option alongside Hurst’s established GRP composite door offer.

Designed to sit at the premium end of the market, it combines a solid timber core with a durable, low-maintenance outer skin and is available with a wide choice of styles, glazing and hardware options.

The latest colour additions build on Hurst’s continued investment in product development, supporting installers with a wider, more flexible entrance door offer that reflects changing homeowner expectations.
