Following extensive testing, Hurst Doors in partnership with fire door systems (fds), bring you the compliant Neuma fds FD30s fire door system which has proven consistently to pass the bi-directional fire resistance test, satisfying the UK’s National Test standards as well as the demanding European test standard EN1634 for fire door safety.

Available for both internal and external use, the Hurst fds fire door system is suitable for various applications including reactive maintenance, refurbishment projects and new build developments.

Door Styles

Fire Doors are available for both internal and external purposes. Our internal fire doors are available in 10 styles  in a standard, fixed overhead fanlight or separate overhead fanlight with or without sidelight frame.

We offer 5 popular styles of composite fire doors for external use, by which we mean open to the elements. These 5 styles are available in a standard or fixed overhead fanlight frame.

All fire doors are available in Black, Blue, Red, White and Anthracite Grey or any RAL premium sprayed colour. Clear and Stippolyte glazing options are available and all of our fire doorsets come with a high specification of door furniture and hardware as standard.

As such, all stages of the supply chain, from the door blank manufacturer to Hurst Doors as an authorised partner and fabricator of the fire door system, have been successfully audited for triple-scope Composite Fire Door Manufacture covering fire resistance, smoke control and Enhanced Security Door certification by BM Trada.

This gives our customers and your customers the peace of mind that the product you specify is manufactured to the highest possible standards under a controlled and robust certification scheme.
