Hurst has appointed Rachael Radcliffe as Regional Sales Manager for the North West, strengthening its five-person sales team and reinforcing its commitment to supporting customers across the region.

Rachael joins the Hull-based door manufacturer with more than ten years’ experience in the fenestration industry, most recently as Area Sales Manager at Distinction Doors. She has also previously worked with Epwin Group and VEKA, building strong relationships with fabricators and installers across the sector.

In her new role at Hurst, Rachael will be responsible for developing relationships across the North West, supporting installers and trade partners, and helping to drive continued growth for Hurst in one of its key regions.

Her appointment forms part of Hurst’s ongoing investment in its sales operation, with the business focused on delivering knowledgeable, responsive and consistent support to customers across the UK.

“We’re delighted to welcome Rachael to the Hurst team,” said Mark Atkinson, Sales Director at Hurst.

“She brings valuable industry experience, a strong understanding of the fenestration market and a very customer-focused approach, which will be a real asset to the business.

“The North West is an important region for Hurst, and Rachael’s appointment will help us strengthen our presence there, build closer relationships with customers and support our continued growth.”

Rachael’s arrival follows a series of recent developments within Hurst’s sales team, including Julie Rose’s promotion to National Business Manager and Emma McDonald’s return to the business to boost customer engagement in the South West.

Commenting on her appointment, Rachael said: “I’m really pleased to be joining Hurst at such an exciting time for the business.

“Hurst has a fantastic reputation in the industry for quality products, reliable service and strong customer relationships, so I’m looking forward to getting out across the North West, meeting customers and supporting them in any way I can.

“My experience has always centred around building strong relationships, understanding what customers need and helping them access the right products and support to grow. I’m excited to bring that approach to Hurst and play my part in the company’s continued success.”
