- Fire Resistance: Available in FD30s, FD60s, and FD90s ratings, helping to contain fire for up to 90 minutes.
- Solid Core Construction: Ensures strength, stability and reliable performance in demanding settings.
- Tested and Certified: Independently assessed under BM Trada’s Q-Mark scheme, with UKAS-accredited test reports available.
- Acoustic Control: Timber fire doorsets can be supplied with acoustic ratings of up to 42 RwdB for noise-sensitive applications.
- Cold Smoke Protection: Options available with smoke seals to restrict the passage of smoke.

Manufacture
AynsleyFire doorsets are manufactured at our 80,000 sq ft facility in Bradford, Yorkshire and are third-party certified to meet stringent fire safety standards. We engage with contractors and project teams from the earliest stages of a project, offering technical guidance and support to ensure compliance and performance requirements are met. Our manufacturing processes are regularly assessed by an independent body, giving you confidence in both the product and its provenance.
